Elizabeth loves dance, children and teaching at STDC! She began dancing at age 6 and has never slowed down. Taking a wide variety of genres including ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and hip hop. Hiphop becoming her favorite and the one she gravitated toward. She was a high school cheerleader, a competitive pom dancer, a performer in Discoveryland’s! Oklahoma, a winner among the Tulsa high schools to dance for the Philadelphia 76’s and Dallas Maverick’s basketball game in 1998.
Elizabeth also teaches Turn Up Dance Fitness which isn’t just a workout it’s a fierce dance movement. Being yoga certified helps her teach the children strength, balance, and mobility and adds to her well rounded classes.
She is the best with young kids as they gravitate easily towards her bubbly personality and warm inviting demeanor.
