Leah Provance has been a dance instructor at multiple studios around the Tulsa area for the past 6 years. She recently graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts specializing in dance performance. Leah has been dancing for almost 20 years and was educated by many dance professionals around the Tulsa area. She received most of her training from The Calling Dance Academy and competed with the In His Service Dance Company for many years. During her time in the company, her and the team won numerous high point awards and several 1st place overall trophies for their outstanding performance quality and flawless technique. Over the years, Leah has had the privilege of taking classes from several cutting edge artists such as Wendy Whelan, Roman Jasinski, Mary Price-Boday, Tiffany Van Der Merwe, Misty Lown, Shayna Acosta, Leslie Jennings, and Kari Herman. She has also been able to attend many dance teaching seminars and conventions. Leah has had the privilege of being on judging panels for studios holding auditions for performances of classical ballets. She has also been the choreographer for a production of Singin’ in The Rain. Because of her training, Leah now specializes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Leaps and Turns, and Conditioning Training Techniques. She absolutely loves to teach any and all of these styles whenever she gets the chance and mostly enjoys growing relationships with her students and being a light in their lives whenever she can.
